She was predeceased by: her son Walter Lee Wolfrey; and her parents, Pongrac Jilly and Elizabeth Jilly. She is survived by: her husband Robert Wolfrey; her daughters, Michelle Marshall (Mark), Sarah Rice (Matt) and Megan Walther (Chris); her grandchildren, Taylor, Annabelle, Gavin, Emily, Abigail and Nicholas; and her brother Gabor Jilly.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Columbia Gardens Cemetery (3411 Arlington Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Esther's name to the American Cancer Society.
