He is survived by: his wife Agnes Lynne Ririe; his sons, Eric Hoy (Libbie Buchele) of Washington, DC and Matthew Hoy (Tammy) of Clifton, VA; his sisters, Joyce Frye (Bill) of Okeana, OH and Kay Szymanski (Alan) of Kittanning, PA; his grandchildren, Luther, Wesley, Ollie, Evan and Fiona; and his in-laws, Nancy Ririe (Gary Heal) of Lusby, MD, Jill Ririe (Larry Ekberg) of Edenton, NC and Leigh Redwine Ririe of Ashburn, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
