James Stephen Williams Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Stephen Williams of Leesburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 29, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred W. Williams Sr. and Lottie Polen Williams; and his siblings, Ted B. Williams and Betty W. Fiske. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bury Williams; his children, Kimberly W. Ratcliff (David Ratcliff), Jennifer W. Lanham (Petie Lanham), Ted Stephen Williams (Tristan Williams) and Karri W. Fairchild; his brothers, Alfred W. Williams Jr. (Billy), Frank C. Williams (Frankie) and Donald B. Williams (Donnie); his granddaughters, Charlotte R. (Sam Griffith), Harleigh H. Ratcliff, Payton H. Lanham, Karson N. Lanham, Gabriella M. Williams, Evelyn A. Williams and Elli-Paige A. Fairchild; and his great grandchild Walker D. Griffith.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steve's memory to the Tunnel to Towers, Epilepsy Foundation, or the American Cancer Society.
