He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Kitts Sr. and Mary Edna Kitts of Leesburg Virginia; his daughter Marilyn Virginia Allison (Lewis Warren Allison III) of Brunswick, MD; and his daughter-in-law Teressa Blickenstaff-Kitts of Shepherdstown, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Virginia Kitts; his children, Cari Michelle Kitts-Boismenu (Paul Boismenu) of Brunswick, MD and John Kitts (Anne Taylor Kitts) of New Braunfels, TX; his sister Mary Ellen Mabe of Leesburg, VA; his son-in-law Lewis Allison of Brunswick, MD; and his pet Harley.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425).
