He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. John Dibble Jr. and Leslie C. Dibble; and his son Michael A. Dibble. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn S. Dibble; his daughter Deborah Sullivan (Sean); his grandsons, Jeffery Mangold, Ian, Riley Sullivan, Gage Dibble (Makayla) and Zachary Michalski; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Dawson Dibble; his granddaughter Maria Zlomke (Matthew); his great grandchild Iyla Zlomke; his sisters, Lee Lipscomb and Julie Johnson (Mark); and his nieces, Lindsay Sullivan (Mike), Jamie and Frota (Bryan). He is also survived by many grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (12975 Purcell Rd, Manassas, VA 20112).
