He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Mullis and Ethelle Mullis; and his nieces and nephews, Cindy and Jackie. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Davis Mullis; and his sisters, JoAnne, Linda, Glenda (Steve), Kimberly Kitchens (Eric Benfield), Lisa (Jeff), Jenny, Melinda and Martha (Jonathan).
