He is survived by: his wife Rita Ellen Cooper; his daughters, Crystal Bolton (John) of Charlottesville, VA, Patty Cooper of Chicago, Jennifer Flynn (Jim) of Chicago and Sharla Cooper (Chris) of Chicago; his stepson Bradley Cooper (Elizabeth) of Lovettsville, VA.; his sister Hazel Casey; and his half-siblings, Jo Ann Meadows, Gary and Dean Cooper. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
