He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Ellis and Sophie Ellis; his wife Ellen; his children, Robin (Jim) and Mike (Cindy); his grandchildren, Brett Vernon Cunningham (Tara), Leslie Anne Duckwitz (Matt), Stephanie Marie Swanson (Shane) and Sophie Jean Ellis; his aunt Ginny; his uncle Ed; and his great-aunt Genette. He was also cherished by Ten great-grandchildren, four sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
