He is survived by: his parents, John C. Volentine and Paula M. Volentine; and his siblings, Adam Volentine (Ellie), John Volentine (Diane), Marie Furlong (Mark), Vicky Brooks (Erik), Katrina Hetzer (John) and Rachel Johnson (Jay).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that donations be made to the Salvation Army or Wounded Warriors.
