She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hardgrove and Carolyn Miller Hardgrove; her brother-in-law William Justice; and her grandson John Thomas Ashley. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ashley (Ashley), John Patrick Chamberlain (Jeanette) and Jean Ann Tomlin (David); her sister Carol Ann Justice; her granddaughters, Angela Ann Woodward (Scotty) and Christina Marie Thompson (Benjamin); and her great grandchildren, Sierra Woodward, Michael Woodward, Samuel Woodward, Olivia Thompson, Aubrey Thomspon and Sean Ashley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel (158 Catoctin Cir SE, Leesburg, VA 20175). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stonewall Memory Gardens (12004 Lee Hwy, Manassas, VA 20109).
