She was predeceased by: her husband Cyrus Tomlin (Smitty); her parents, Lonie Phillips and Bartie Clark Peyton; her sister Marguerite Williams; and her niece Janette Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Dorsett (Terry); and her nieces, Donna Chizum (Terry) and Carol Tibbs (Leroy). She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel (158 Catoctin Cir SE, Leesburg, VA 20175). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
