With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Steven Lester of Leesburg, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 11, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Bernard Lester and Martha Ann Lester (Shimota). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lester (Digby); his daughter Lauren Sweitzer (Ben); his grandchildren, Olivia and Jacob; his daughter Natalie Geno (Bryan); his grandchildren, Bryson and Dayne; his daughter Sarah Scott; his granddaughters, Charlotte and Margaret; and his siblings, Lawrence Lester, Kathy Keagle and Paul Lester. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (201 N Centre St, Cumberland, MD 21502).
