He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael S. Terpak and Stasia Terpak (Lisowski). He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Burke; his sisters, Louise Sterner of Vienna, VA and Frances Terpak of Sherman Oaks, CA; his children, Stephen M. Terpak of Springfield, VA and Ellen M. Dague of Alexandria, VA; and his grandchildren, Sofia Terpak and Max Dague. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew, a grandniece and grandnephew, and several cousins.
