He was predeceased by: his father Mitch Lawrence Sr.; and his wife Edie Lawrence. He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Hill and Mitchell P. Lawrence, III. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Rotary International or the SIGNA Scholarship Fund (signascholarship.org), college scholarships for CIA Security sons, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters.
