He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" McCarthy Blake; his son Patrick Evan Blake; his brother Shawn Blake of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.; Linda McCarthy, David McCarthy Jr., Kathleen McCarthy Parks, William McCarthy, Carol McCarthy Randlett and Teresa McCarthy Johnson.
