She is survived by: her son Stefen Richard Gamarra; her parents, Richard Franklin Phillips and Dawn Hope Phillips; her sister Samantha Rose Phillips; and her grandmother Pamela Anwyll.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg (201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176).
