He is survived by : his children, Holly Junkin of Charles Town, WV, Raymond B. Kirkpatrick Jr. (Cheryl) of Leesburg, VA and Elizabeth Flynn (Robert) of Leesburg, VA; his grandchildren, Thomas, McKenna and Becker Junkin; his children, Stephanie, Rachel, Kristen Kirkpatrick, Cacie, Bodhi and Sydney Flynn; his great grandchildren, Savannah and Raymond Mack Kirkpatrick; and his brother William Kirkpatrick of Fairfax, VA..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg Tuesday (201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Union Cemetery.
