She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Harry Shaw and Ethel Shaw; her former life partner Jean Keck; her daughters, Kimala Jean Keck Gauthier (Ed), Karen Rose Vila (late Luis) and Kelene Mary Kuvakas (John); her former life partner Leslie Davis; her husband Joel; her grandchildren, Kate, Kristiana (Keck), Emily, Olivia, Joshua, Luke, James (Vila), Ruth Eaton (Kuvakas) and Jason (Kuvakas); her great grandchildren, Samantha, Alistair (Eaton), Jacob (Vila) and Layla (Vila); and her sister Dolores McCoy. She was also cherished by nephews and niece.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Orlando Worship Center (19227 Gleedsville Rd, Leesburg, VA 20175). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Glen Haven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rosemary's name to either her Florida or Virginia church.
