He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Kusterer; his grandfather Paul Kusterer; and his cousin Timothy Kusterer. He is survived by: his father Steve Kusterer; his stepmother Cathy of Leesburg; his brother Matt (Abigail); his nieces and nephews, Lillian, Alex, Teddy and Lydia; his stepsiblings, Maggie (Sam) and Sean Twigg; his grandparents, Dave, Kathie Blanchard and Nonie Kusterer; Irene, George and Felicity. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Shawn's name to Loudoun Hunger Relief.
