He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Downs and Kathleen Downs; his brother Nelson Downs; and his niece Sherry Riley. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Christina Setlow (Craig) and Jason Downs; his grandsons, Austin and Craig Setlow, Jr.; his sister Bonnie Whetsell; his nieces and nephews, Wayne Whetsell (Michele), Michael Frye, Madelyn, Morgan and Meghan Whetsell; and his grandson CJ. He is also survived by his family, particularly his wife.
