She was predeceased by: her parents, Ode Elton and Virginia Mae Frye; her son Leroy Cooper; and her husband James Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Cooper (Julie), Michael Cooper (late Dale), Teddy Cooper (Virginia), Audrey Kibler (Mike), Randall Cooper (Michelle) and Lori Frazier (Phil); her grandchildren, Mikey Frye, Christopher Cooper, Matthew Cooper, Kristen Howell, Cody Cooper, Zachary Cooper and Taylor Cooper; and her great grandchildren, MJ Howell, Dominick Cooper, Alyssa Howell, Julliana Cooper, Wyatt Cooper and Scarlett Cooper.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Union Cemetery (323 N King St, Leesburg, VA 20176).
