He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Estes and Roberta Coffman Estes; and his former wife Joanne Estes. He is survived by: his wife Anna MacWhithey Estes; his stepson Michael Malicote (Belinda); his stepgrandchildren, Braiden Malicote and Jaxon Malicote; and his sisters, Judy Shaw, Ileta Schuab, Debbie Eldridge and Twyla White (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
