He was predeceased by: his parents, Beckham Allen and Wanda Allen; and his brothers, Michael Allen and Ted Allen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J Allen of Liberty; his children, Teresa Gavin (Joe) of Milton, Brett Allen (Erica) of Pahoa, David Allen (Mariah) of Oregon City, Nichole Allen (Niles) of Prineville and Lance Allen of Liberty; and his siblings, Larry Allen, Conley Allen, Billy Allen, Tom Allen, Wayne Allen, George Allen, Della Cornett, Corie Lyman and Marlene Wells. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
