He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Preston and Goldie Griffith; his parents, Joyce Beall and Gene Beall; his aunt Hester; his uncle Elmer Clemmer; and his brother-in-law Allen Nalls.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Amber Smith; his son-in-law Dillon; his son Logan Beall; his daughter-in-law Danica; his grandsons, Hudson and Sawyer Smith; his parents-in-law, Susan and Rick Grigsby; his sisters-in-law, Karen Nalls Kerns (Jason) and Julie Ross (Bryan); his uncles, Preston Griffith (Joanie) and Lloyd Griffith (Fran); his nieces and nephews, Apryl Johnson, Adella Nalls, Laney Ross, Pierce Ross, Caden Kerns and Gunner Kerns; and his close friends, Felipe and Mickey Campagna. He is also survived by several cousins, one great-nephew and one great-niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sweet Julia Grace Foundation, a local non-profit near to Gene's heart, thanks to his favorite little Raindancer, Caroline Havens.
