He is survived by: his close friends, Ralphie, Apollo and Murphy; and his extended family, Edward "Earl" Morris, Jr., Jeffrey G. Verling, Dennis Ray, Judith V. Skinner, Helen Hunycutt and Debbie Settle.
Carl's extended family—Edward "Earl" Morris, Jr., Jeffrey G. Verling, and Dennis Ray and Judith V.
