She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Charles Maier and Alma Virginia McCormick Maier; her husband Dave Williams; her parents-in-law, David J. Williams, Sr. and Nora Belle Biggs Williams; her brothers, Reed Francis Maier and William Charles Maier; her aunt Helen Theresa McCormick; her siblings-in-law, Elaine Williams Neidecker and K. Dale Williams, Sr.; her grandson Ryan M. Brennan; and her son-in-law Dana L. Harrington.
She is survived by: her children, David J. Williams, III and Karen Williams Harrington; her daughter-in-law Ruth; her daughter Patte; her son-in-law Don; her friend Janet E. Terry; her grandchildren, Shannon Williams Shifflett (Joe), Travis B. Williams (Karen), Blair P. Brennan (Olivia), Adam W. Rodriguez, Katie Philpot Vey (Bart) and Len T. Philpot (Heidi); her granddaughter-in-law Brandy L. Nicholson Brennan; her great grandchildren, Tanner Shifflett, Caden Shifflett, Devin Shifflett, Alyssa Brennan Connell (Bryce), Britney Brennan Fowler (Matt), Evan Brennan, Dylan Brennan, Tyler Brennan, Jordan Apperson (Andrea), Alex Apperson, Amanda Perry, Paul Vey, Andrew Vey, Emma Vey, Kacy Jo Philpot, Bryce Philpot and Brock Philpot; her great great grandchildren, Mason Jordan Apperson, Oakley Ryan Connell, Elowyn Virginia Connell and Jayce Ryan Fowler; her siblings-in-law, Beverly J. Hall Williams, Catarina "My" T. Maier and Robert M. Neidecker; her sons-in-law, David L. Brennan, Alonso Rodriguez (Conseulo) and Leon T. Philpot (Cherie); and her granddaughter-in-law Fonda Justice. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (1102 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Manassas Presbyterian Church (8201 Ashton Ave, Manassas, VA 20109). A committal service will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:35 PM at the National Memorial Park (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Board of Deacons, Manassas Presbyterian Church.
