With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eileen Emily Blain of Locust Grove, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Blain; her mother Eileen Tallman; and her siblings, Elizabeth Shapiro and Charles Tallman. She is survived by: her nephew Charles Tallman (Linda-Jean) of Marshall, VA; her niece Beth Kelley (James) of Weltersbach, Germany; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jennifer Carino, Kristi Hartman (John), Shawn Kelley (Lily) and Brian Kelley.

Memorial Contributions: In honor of Eileen’s lifelong love for animals, the family suggests donations be made to a local animal shelter or wildlife conservation charity of your choice.
