He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcide Forest and Hortense Forest (Laprise); and his siblings, André Forest, Aline Lauzon (Forest) and Rita Paxton (Forest).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Forest (Lanoue); his children, Stephanie Taylor (Trae Taylor) and Derek Forest; and his grandchildren, Luke and Josie Taylor.
