We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 66, Robert Leonard Penley of Locust Grove, Virginia, born in Arlington, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gene Penley and Charlene Penley; his wife Susan Lessa Penley; his sons, Dan Penley (Jessica) of Centreville and John Penley (Audrey) of Mechanicsville; his grandchildren, Landon, Harper and Carter; his siblings, Karen O'Connor (Rory), Susan Brewster, Marty Nadeau, Harold Penley (Karen) and Bill Penley; and his pet Rufus.
