We are sad to announce that, on January 19, 2026, at the age of 52, Ryan Matthew Self (Locust Grove, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ryan leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Ryan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his daughter Mackenzie Rollins; his parents, Diana Gioffre and Ronald Self (Deborah); his sisters, Alexis Wright (Brian), Kelly Thompson and Kristen Farrar; and his grandchildren, Savannah Rollins and Maverick Rollins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
