Gary Skipper Sr. wrote a sympathy message

“I was so sorry to hear that Jacqueline had passed. Jacqueline and I (Gary Skipper) worked together in Program & Budget for Washington Headquarters Services. I only remember good memories of our working together. She was a pleasure to work with and her family should be very proud. I would like to wish Jacqueline's family peace and comfort in dealing with such a tragic loss and to let you know that it was my pleasure in knowing and working with her.”
