She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Lee and Lucy Agnes Walker; her husband John; her siblings, Mildred Walker Thomas, Gloria Jean Walker, William, Samuel Jr. and Royal Lee; her aunts and uncles, Pearl, Louise, Willie Buck, Willie Mae, Lavesta, Etta, Gladys, Joseph, Hale and Fletcher Gates; her nieces and nephews, Claudia Thomas, Sheletta Johnson, Claude Thomas, Jr., Glenn D. Peterson and Shawn Walker; her brother-in-law Claude Thomas, Sr.; her goddaughter Tiffany C. Garnes; and her cousins, Shirley, Charles Earl, Archie, Sterling Peterson, Nellie Rice, Mildred Walker, Randolph, George and Bernard Graves.
She is survived by : her friends, Delores Foster (Scully) of Harpers Ferry, Bill and Jean Henderson of Locust Grove, Virginia.; her niece Gale Bolling of Longside; her nephew Rodney Goodrich (Vince Henderson) of Lawrenceville, VA; and her cousins, Joyce P. Davis of Washington, DC, Marilyn Gates of New York City, NY, Steve, Joette and Ida. She is also survived by other cousins and friends.
