With sadness, we share the passing of Amanda Smith of Louisa, Virginia. Amanda, born on September 4, 1955, passed away on September 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Jeanne Bayles; and her stepfather James H. Bayles. She is survived by: her brothers, James Davis, Charles Davis Sr. and Kenneth Davis; the fathers of children, William M. Tomlin Sr. and James Lee Glass; her children, William M. Tomlin Jr. (Kari), Corban C. Tomlin and Amanda Stanley; her grandchildren, Raven Stephens (Alexis), Imogen Harris (Cullen), Halle Stephens (John), William M. Tomlin III, Robyn (Hunter), Miranda and Joslyn Stanley; and her siblings, Charlene Wright (Cliff), Linda Napier, Shirley Fincham, Corban Davis (Linda), Ronnie Davis and James H. Bayles Jr. (Debbie). She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, family friends, and her 3 special companions.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodward Funeral Home (200 Fredericksburg Ave, Louisa, VA 23093). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
