He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James Herbert Amick, Sr. and Lula Marie Walkup Amick. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy, Jo Marie, Mary Ann, Elizabeth and Marguerite; his wife Janet Burton Amick; his sons, Charles H. Amick, Jr. (Sheryl), James R. Amick (Sarah) and Mark B. Amick (Sallie); his grandchildren, Alyson Simpson (Corey), Graham Amick (Tiffany), Renee Mawyer (Evan), Michael Amick (Georgia), Madison Amick, Abigail Amick, Charles Amick III (Kloe) and Reagan Amick; his great grandchildren, Blake, Haizel, Aiden, Marshall, Cruz, Tatum, Harper, Tori, Junior (Lilly) and Brinleigh; and his great great grandchild Walker. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
