Charlotte will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She is survived by: her sister Jourdan; her parents, Daniel Evans and Jessica Evans (Stone); and her grandparents, Richard, Wendy Weinstein, Jack and Pam Evans. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
