He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson Burnett and Mary Aline Phillips (Moore); and his adoptive mother Mable (Reece Moore). He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Moore of Lake Anna; his children, Beth Moore Shenton (Richard) of Lake Anna and Ed Moore, Jr. (Margaret) of Upperville, Virginia; his grandsons, Charles Moore (Brooks) of Fredericksburg and Robert Moore (Grace) of Alexandria, Virginia; his brothers, Bob Moore (Linda) of Bella Vista, Arkansas and Paul Jr. of Farmer's Tractor; Paul. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
