He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wilson Perkins and Mamie Carter Perkins; and his siblings, Douglas C. Perkins and Edna Lucille Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Perkins; his sons, Robert Wilson Perkins and Alan Wayne Perkins (Christina); his grandchildren, Stacy Perkins and Stephanie Daniels; and his siblings, Hazel Perkins of Richmond, Virginia and Harvey Perkins (Sharon) of Louisa. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
