He is survived by: his daughter Melissa M. Harvey (David); his wife Lorraine E. Shipley (Parr); his children, Michelle L. Bryam (Ricky) and David S. Shipley; and his grandchildren, Francis E. Shipley IV (Michelle), Joseph A. Wheeler, Cory A. Walker, Jessica L. Wallace (Britton), Stephen D. Harvey (Rose), Sarah E. Bryant, Kirsten M. Shipley, Sierra D. Shipley and Nathaniel A. Shipley. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
