He is survived by: his parents, Cathleen Russ and Barry Welch; his brother Gabriel Welch; his grandparents, Charles and Concetta Russ; and his aunt Cynthia Russ.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woodward Funeral Home (200 Fredericksburg Ave, Louisa, VA 23093).
