He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Starcher and Agatha Starcher; and his former wife Lonni Starcher. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Starcher; his siblings, Stan Starcher (Pauline) of LaPlata, MD and Sue Maltby of Chesapeake, VA; his children, Patric J. Starcher (Lisa) of Moyock, NC, Eric J. Starcher (Kim) of Chesapeake, VA, Daric J. Starcher (Stephanie) of Rice, WA, Pamela Summers, Amie Wright (Jeff) of Broken Arrow, OK and Gena Peiffer (Jeff) of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, Trevor Harrison, Trevor Johnson, Joshua Starcher, Jordan Senger, Karleigh Starcher, Jacob Grannan, Ethan Grannan, Cody Grannan, Holly Grannon, Carleigh Smith, Hannah Dunkelberger, Carter Smith and Michael Smith. He is also survived by great grandchildren and 23 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Shriner Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
