He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. "Gene" Huskey and Virginia Joyce "Joy" Huskey. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Huskey; his son James Huskey; his sister Gina Steigler (Steve); his sibling's children, Katie Graves, Kristen Graves, Gracie Steigler, Stella Steigler and Steven Steigler; and his great-nephew Calloway.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Piedmont.
