He is survived by: his wife Vicki Tyler-Waters; his son Raymond Leo Waters, Jr. (RJ); his daughter-in-law Tessia Waters; his daughter Aliceyn Joy Waters; his grandchildren, Raymond III, Londynne and Amaris; his sister Doris Harrison (Leon); his sister-in-law Valerie Graves; his nieces, Dorlena Brown (Kevin), Tristen Franklin (Leonard) and Jocelyn Graves; his great-nephews, Elijah Brown and Ezra Franklin; and his great-niece Kayleigh Brown. He is also survived by father, and grandfather (dude) to his grandkids.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Service (104 Green Chimney Ct, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Hope Baptist Church (5502 Paynes Mill Rd, Bumpass, VA 23024).
