The family suggest that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to find the cure for MSA disease, a terrible neurological disorder for which there is no chance of survival (Mission MSA, P.O. Box 735039 Chicago, IL 60673), or to the Oak Hill Baptist Church, 248 Davis Creek Ln.
