He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kim Hall and Antoinette Waldie; his aunt Taj Jager; and his pet Friedrich. He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Forlines and Gloria Hall; his brother Elisha Forlines; his grandparents, Carl, Bridgett Forlines and Russell Waldie; and his close friend Charlie Stump. He is also survived by loving extended family, including many aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as countless friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (8408 Thomas Nelson Hwy, Lovingston, VA 22949).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Calvary Baptist Church's youth program, which, at the family's request, will hold a special activity for youth throughout the community in honor of Oli.
