Burnshire Carper of Harrisonburg; his wife Teresa "Terri" Knaus Carper; his brother Robert "Bob" Carper of Penn Laird; his stepsons, Jason Smith (Sara Twigg) of Marshall and Thomas Smith (Rachel) of Wyoming; his nephews, Christopher Carper, Richard Carper, Robert Carper II, Dustin Carper and Blake Richardson; his niece Jessica Pechie; and his sister-in-law Carla Pechie (Joseph) of New Market.
