He is survived by: his wife Tammy Foster; his son Michael Kiblinger, Jr. of Stanley; his sisters, Debbie Yatzor and Becky Housden of Stanley; and his stepchildren, Samantha Blount of Harrisonburg and Michael Funkhouser of Harrisonburg.
