She is survived by: her son Berkley "Clay" Lewis (Karen); her grandchildren, Dallas V. Lewis and Gavin T. Cox; her sister Lori Simmons; her brother-in-law David Brogan; her close friends, Leann Hendrick, Karen Sherwood and Irene Bruce; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, church family, and friends.
