She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Clark McCoy and Carpenter McCoy of Vermont; her husband Arthur "Boots" Jackson; her son Leonard "Butch" Mack Jr.; and her brothers, William McCoy (Jack), Clarence McCoy and Melvin McCoy.

She is survived by: her children, Donald Jackson, Carolyn Jackson McCain and Sandra Kay Jackson; her son-in-law Danny McCain; her grandchildren, Ronetta Jones (Vincent), Kevin Mack, Dannette McCain, Candace McCain and Darius Crist; her brother Earnest "Dutchy" McCoy (Catherine); and her sisters-in-law, Marie Hill McCoy and Carpenter. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
