It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alexander James Stuart III of Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Alexander James Stuart, Jr. and Miriam Vannaman Stuart; and his sister Susan Morrow. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wright Stuart; his children, Sharon Heida (Jeffrey) of Omaha, NE and Alexander J. Stuart, IV (Tammy) of Lynchburg; and his brother Douglas V. Stuart (Jackie) of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, along with three grandsons.
