Alice leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Alice’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Alice will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Bwerinofa and Catherine Bwerinofa; her husband Felix Chidzero; and her daughter Vimbainashe. She is survived by: her children, Simbarashe and Shekinah; and her grandchildren, Avianna, Zenai and Xavier. She is also survived by many loving family members, friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Book Hotel Thomas Road Baptist Church (1 Mountain View Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made toward her repatriation fund to help honor her final wishes and return her home to be laid to rest in her village in Masvingo, Zimbabwe.
